All of the doctors at Sitaram Beach Retreat are licensed and experienced Ayurvedic physicians. They are committed to providing their patients with high-quality care and helping them achieve optimal health and well-being.
There are a total of 3 doctors and 12 massage therapists in the clinic. The team of doctors at Sitaram Beach Retreat is led by Dr. Vignesh Devraj, who is the founder and chief physician of Sitaram Beach Retreat. He is a fourth-generation Ayurvedic healer and has over 20 years of experience in the field.
All other Ayurvedic physicians in the clinic have a wealth of experience in treating a variety of conditions, including digestive problems, pain management, skin conditions, respiratory problems, stress and anxiety, infertility, autoimmune disorders.
During the Panchakarma, each individual is put on purely vegetarian and personalised diet pattern. Based on doctor’s assessment of the disease and patient condition, the diet will be decided.
Daily 01 treatment session as prescribed by the doctors (90 minutes per day). There are daily group yoga and meditation sessions. Apart from that, there is a weekly one cooking class, Laughter Yoga 3 times in a week & Dance therapy once in a week. Sitaram also provides special lecture sessions on the benefits of Ayurveda.
