Stree Shakti Ayurveda Beach Retreat  is a new Ayurvedic resort for women. It has been opened in 2023 and has being managed by one of the most well-known and qualified Ayurvedic doctors in Kerala, Dr. Binod Sydney.

For many years, Dr. Binod served as the chief physician at the popular Travancore Heritage resort, where he earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and experienced Ayurvedic doctor. For several years, he nurtured the idea of opening his own small Ayurvedic clinic, where he could offer his guests financially accessible, high-quality, and authentic Ayurvedic treatment.

Stree Shakti Ayurveda Beach Retreat for Women began its operation in November 2023.

The resort is located in Kerala, 16 km north of the city of Trivandrum (approximately 30 minutes by car from the airport). Situated amidst a palm grove, it is literally 100 meters from the shores of the Arabian Sea.

At the Ayurvedic center there are 2 doctors (Chief Physician Dr. Binod and his assistant), ___ therapists, and it has ___ treatment rooms.

Procedures are conducted twice a day with a total duration of 2.5 hours.

Morning (from 07:00 to 08:00) yoga sessions are included in the treatment programs.

The Ayurvedic center offers various treatment and wellness programs, such as Rejuvenation with detoxification (Panchakarma), anti-aging program, weight reduction, immune system strengthening, as well as various programs for the treatment of female infertility, rheumatism, muscular dystrophy, insomnia, arthritis, asthma, psoriasis, etc.

The Stree Shakti resort offers 8 spacious rooms (in three categories), located on 2 floors of the building. Most rooms have an ocean view from their balconies. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a kettle, a TV, a safe, and have toilets and bathrooms with hot and cold water. The bathrooms are stocked with standard amenities such as towels, shampoo, shower gel, dental kit, etc
