Medical Team & Treatments
The retreat is the mountain branch of the legendary Sitaram Ayurveda group, founded in 1921.
The lead doctors and therapists are highly qualified specialists with advanced Ayurvedic degrees (BAMS/MD) and many years of experience applying classical Ayurvedic texts and treatment protocols.
All staff undergo rigorous certification through Sitaram Pharmacy, ensuring strict adherence to treatment protocols and the highest quality of oils and herbal preparations used throughout the programmes.
Treatments are provided twice a day.

Daily yoga sessions are recommended by the doctors according to each guest’s individual needs.
Nutrition
Guests follow an individually tailored, strictly Ayurvedic vegetarian Sattvic diet.
The menu is prepared by a doctor specifically for each guest following the initial consultation, assessment of their individual constitution (dosha) and identification of current imbalances.
Meals are prepared using fresh, locally sourced organic ingredients, seasonal vegetables, fruits and spices.
